Cute Camille

Check out her poor little sunburned face. I swore she was covered in the shade - I was wrong. So sad :(

Nature

We went over to Golden on Saturday to see Buffalo Bill's grave and go on a "hike". With the kids, it was more of a walk uphill, but it was really fun. (Notice Tay's flip flops) We climbed 3/4 mile up to a nature center that had lots of cool dioramas and things for little ones to do. And holy Ladybugs! I've never seen swarms of ladybugs before, but they were everywhere. W thought it was awesome.

Free Photo Prints, Anyone?

I have several photo online accounts, but I usually order my prints through Snapfish.com. When you pre-pay, they're the cheapest and they do a good job. Usually they give you 20 free prints for referring a friend, but now they're offering 50. The friend gets 50, too. So if you don't have a snapfish account already and you want 50 free prints, let me know and I'll shoot you the email. I have a bunch of photos I need to order, so 50 free sounds pretty good. :)

Dress Transition

My incredibly talented mother-in-law, Amy, made Camille her beautiful blessing dress. I had wanted to re-use my wedding dress to bless my daughter in for a long time. I just needed a baby girl. When we found out that Cami would be a girl, I immediately started looking online for patterns and asked Amy to do the honor of slicing up my dress and putting back together again - in miniature form. Some friends thought I was crazy to cut it up, but I think I definitely made the right choice. Hanging in my closet for 5+ years wasn't helping anyone.

Cami's Blessing

Two Sundays ago, Cami was blessed by her father at church. It was beautiful. She was beautiful.

The Grandparents

What our kids are really like and what they pretend to be

My Aunt Yvonne and cousin Lauren and Taylor's Aunt Sarah, Uncle Joe, and cousins Hannah and Emma came. Thanks, guys!

My wedding dress re-purposed. Good call, I'd say

oooh, I LOVE her!

ElisaBETH and babies

My long-time friend, Beth (or Elisabeth if you're being picky), had a baby just after Cami was born. It was fun to see the new mama and catch up. Miss you guys. Congratulations on the second cutest baby girl ever.

Courtney's graduation

Baby Warczak graduated from high school! Congrats, Courtney! BYU is lucky to have you :). The kids and I flew to Washington to hang out for a week and celebrate with her. It was interesting having 2 kids in the airport. Luckily my parents and I were on the same flight going to Washington, and the airlines let my dad help me to the gate on the way home. My kids were angels, and I owe them ponies when they get older. Thanks, babies!Coming home from the airport. I don't look near as ridiculous as I felt waddling through the airport with my two kids and my two bags. Although everyone is super nice when they feel sorry for you.

Saying goodbye to Daddy the day we left.

Courtney!!

Cami being loved by grandma and grandpa

We took a little trip down to see Mary Ann and kids in Portland. After a 30 minute scream fest because W didn't want to use their potty, things were great and we had an awesome time catching up with our friends. It's hard to believe it's already been a year since we saw them last in good ole' Iowa.

The two old ones and the two new ones

And 2+2=4! Four of the best kids in the world.

Uncle Scotty left for BYU today. Hooray to be done with chemo! He has some hair now (mostly on his face - go figure), let's hope his luscious locks come back pronto! Warren thinks he's the greatest. He was so kind to the two kids - even when they were annoying (I bet you didn't know my kids get annoying, but they do)

Most days were spent splashing in the pool. With clothes, without, whatever.
