Slim Fast
Remember that time that I was complaining about being chubby? Well I started doing SlimFast. The shakes in the cans are ok, but when you blend up the powder with milk and ice - YUM :) I'm not hard-core about it, but I've just been watching what I'm eating (no more yummy kettle cooked lays for Stephy. I threw them away - how's THAT for will power??) and I've already lost 2 pounds. We'll see what happens, but I like doing it so far. And I do get to eat something else with the shakes for breakfast and lunch, so I'm not going anorexic on you. Not that you would ever believe that anyways.
I went to find a picture of slimfast to put on here, and I found a couple funny ones on Google's image search.

THAT is TOO stinking funny!!!! I love them both. You need ti because you're FAT!!! that is great. Good luck with the diet. Oh yeah you need to get the 100 calorie packs I love them!!! Just don't eat 4 packs at once or it won't work. hee hee
Give me a break, you are NOT FAT! But, slim fast actually does taste pretty good, huh? I used to drink one of those shakes in the can for breakfast on my freaking hour drive to Cedar Rapids every morning. After a year of that, however, I'm definitely over them. Have you tried the carnation instant breakfast shakes? I like them much more and they're about the same calorie intake.

I like slim fast. I don't drink it because I am fat (although I am but I am suppose to be) I drink it when I can't force myself to eat any food it has protien in it which I need lately. good luck with the diet although I don't think that you are fat.
Thanks for your support on my last post, poopbutt. (Too funny.) I think I should have read this post before I had my bowl of icecream for lunch. Maybe I'll start eating better tomorrow, maybe not.

You crack me up Stephanie! I may need to start trying the slim fast shakes if you think they are good. I have been having fruit smoothies for breakfast and they are good. Just frozen fruit (whatever you like - I am partial to mango and strawberry) plain yogurt and some orange juice.
That. is. hilarious.
