Dear Iowa Friends...

Ditch this....and come here!

It's 60 degrees today in Denver and Warren and I played at the park. Word on the street is that it's in the neighborhood of -20 degrees in good 'ole Iowa City. For those mathematically challenged, that makes a difference of 80 degrees.

I think we made the right choice in which city to live. Anyone is welcome to join us if you need a break from the frostbite. :)

You don't have to rub it in. :)

60 degrees sounds like HEAVEN! And actually, it has been colder than -20. I think it was -35 earlier today! School has been cancelled for Lauren since Wed. But the extreme cold is almost over - I think it will be in the
20's tomorrow!
My Mom called from AZ and said it was in the 70's there. Definitely no fair!

Gee, we've been in the mid 70's here in AZ! We had maybe two cold days this winter, and that was just in the early morning. We LOVE living in AZ, I bet you would love it, too! I don't know if I could ever live where it snows anymore.

Hi! Are you from Iowa City?? If you are we must surely know each other...

and kudos on the weather! I wouldn't mind a trip to 60 degree weather.

That's a hilarious post. I don't envy our Iowa friends! Although, it's actually been pretty cold lately here in Texas. A couple nights ago it got down to 20 degrees- nothing like Iowa but not warm either!

I'm very tempted. Don't be surprised if we show up at your door at midnight...
