Unclaimed Propety=$$

So Colorado just put out their annual list from the treasury department of persons that have unclaimed property being held by the state. I figured they meant abandoned safe deposit box type stuff, which it does. But also old paychecks, rebates, utility refunds, etc. etc. So I've been a little obsessed with finding people's names and finding out how much is owed to them. Holy cow. So far, I've found about $1500 for people I know. My brother, my brother in law, a couple friends, some ward members - all have money owed to them that they had forgotten or didn't know about. Instead of being a nosy freak, I figured I'd tell all of you to go look for yourselves and your family members to see what's out there. And this way I can stop looking and maybe pay attention to my children. :)

And I bet every other state has one, too. I just checked places I'd lived.

So now I'm dying to know- did you find anything for us??? 'Cause when I searched, didn't find anything. I was both relieved and disappointed.
