Domestic

That's how I'm feeling these days - domestic. This week I finished a pettiskirt for Cami (call it a tutu and I'll punch you). This bad boy took forever to finish. And other than being too long, I like the way it turned out. It's for her birthday, but I guess she'll just get to wear it for years to come! I also made her a lovey blanket so she wouldn't have to carry her pajamas or pants around anymore. She loves her big blankies, but they tripped her up. Problem solved. And I baked french bread for dinner tonight. To everyone inside Mormondom, this is no big deal. But I'm feeling accomplished.

Now I think I should channel my energy into making Cami look less crazy/homeless...
She kept playing with the ruffles and hiking the skirt up. Ah well. Work it, girl.

Shirts are more modest than bare chests...

THIS is quintessential Camille. She must get it from Taylor's side...

I love the skirt, it doesn't look like a tutu at all! Also, I'm a Mormon and have never made/attempted French Bread, so I think it is pretty awesome that you did it!
GO STEPH!

Love the tu tu! ha. :)

But seriously, it's very cute. I especially like the picture of her from up above where she's sitting on the floor and looking up at the camera. So sweet.

And that blanket is awesome! It looks so soft and I'm sure she loves to feel the silky edges. Way to go, Steph! Ms. Crafty woman.
