That's how I'm feeling these days - domestic. This week I finished a pettiskirt for Cami (call it a tutu and I'll punch you). This bad boy took forever to finish. And other than being too long, I like the way it turned out. It's for her birthday, but I guess she'll just get to wear it for years to come! I also made her a lovey blanket so she wouldn't have to carry her pajamas or pants around anymore. She loves her big blankies, but they tripped her up. Problem solved. And I baked french bread for dinner tonight. To everyone inside Mormondom, this is no big deal. But I'm feeling accomplished.
Now I think I should channel my energy into making Cami look less crazy/homeless...

I love this! Go you and your domesticity. I can't wait to see these crazy babes.
I love the skirt, it doesn't look like a tutu at all! Also, I'm a Mormon and have never made/attempted French Bread, so I think it is pretty awesome that you did it!
GO STEPH!
you are amazing. I wish I could make a skirt like that. One of these days I am going to get a sewing machine and teach myself to sew! You inspire me
I love it I love it I love it (said like Sally O' Malley from SNL)

Love the tu tu! ha. :)
But seriously, it's very cute. I especially like the picture of her from up above where she's sitting on the floor and looking up at the camera. So sweet.
And that blanket is awesome! It looks so soft and I'm sure she loves to feel the silky edges. Way to go, Steph! Ms. Crafty woman.
